The staff were helpful in arranging a taxi to the ferry. I appreciated this service. The room was clean. The bathroom looked modern. This was A NICE surprise.

The room size was small. THERE were no chairs. The balcony did not have a table. It needed some furniture.

the staff was friendly and helpful . i found the location quite central, near the port, with various dining places and bakeries nearby. the hotel provided clean towels and bedding, newly finished.

the room lacked a proper place to hang towels in the bathroom. it also lacked space to put toilet rolls.

The room had a fridge. This was very useful. Staff helped arrange a taxi to the ferry the next day. I found this helpful.

The bathroom lacked ventilation. I noticed a slight smell of humidity.

The room size was smaller than I anticipated , and the bathroom definitely needs some updating. The cleaning staff once removed small towels and did not replace them, so I had to use larger towels.
